Purpose:
*The purpose of this workshop is for you to master fear so that you can identify and dissolve the fears that do not serve you in your life.
Mastery and Power:
*The intended results of this CD are for you to experience mastering your fears and therefore feel free to be more adventurous and playful. You’re going to begin to master fear and then, with practice, learn to master having the fears in your life promote growth, development and power.
Special Features:
*This workshop will help you transform your relationship to fear from one of the fear of fear itself to fear as a gift to be used in creating the life you love. You’ll shift from experiencing fear as a negative experience to experiencing fear as means to growth and the learning of many lessons.
*This workshop provides several ways of recognizing when you’re fearful and two major ways of dissolving fear. You’ll be able to dissolve fears that limit you through guided meditations, including the Mastering Fear ability room guided meditation and the Dissolving doubt/fear guided meditation.
*You’ll be able to understand the nature of fear and be able to distinguish between real and perceived threat.
* The guided meditations will enable you to distinguish the fears that limit you from the fears those that support you.
*The more you practice dissolving fear, the more you become aware of your growing mastery over choosing which fears to retain and which fears to dissolve.
Hints:
*Practicing mastering fear through the Ability Room Mastering Fear Guided Meditation and the Dissolving Doubt/Fear guided meditation allows you to dissolve any fears that stop you: anywhere, any time.
*You’re the author of your fears. You created them - and by understanding the nature of the fears you chose, you can dissolve them.
*Perceived threats and real threats are typically blended in our minds. Begin to realize that most fears you have are perceived threats. They feel the same as real threats and, therefore, control you. Knowing how to distinguish the real from the perceived threats empowers you to master your fears and make new choices.
*The introduction is on a track by itself. When you’ve gotten the full value of the introduction, you can skip it. But occasionally go back and listen to it again. You may hear something newly.
*Don’t worry if you fall asleep while listening during the night. You will get the results anyway.
*As with any relaxation or meditation recording, if you are disturbed while using any CD and must come back to full waking consciousness immediately, you will immediately come back refreshed, aware and able to deal with any situation.
